  2. Pull-ups
    3 reps - 45-50
    2 reps - 55-60
    1 rep - 65-70

Jerk was not good today. I maxed out at 155. My legs are just so sore that I am having a hard time getting down under the weight. Another day. Really small crew this AM. Probably the smallest I have ever seen.

  3. Pull-ups (here's a goat)...
    3rps 10-15
    2rps 20-25
    1rps 35-45(f)-40

    135-155-165-175(f)-165-165

Tex, I think all the different schedules right now add to the low attendance at 0530 62room. There were about 8 at the MWR gym at lunch today. We'll get the big B&G crowd again in August.

  4. Pullups: 25-35-40-50-60-70(PR)
Push Jerk: 115-135-145-150(f)-150(f). Didn't feel comfortable dropping under the bar, went back to 115 and really focused on getting under the weight.

  6. I made up yesterday's WOD first: 11:04 as Rx'd. The burpees destroyed me at this altitude. Tex, how long did it take you at USAFA to acclimate?

    Pull-ups:
    3 x 25-35
    2 x 45-55
    1 x 60

I ran out of time so I didn't get to do the jerks.

  7. Pull ups: 30 40 50 60 80(f) 80
    Push jerk: 135 155 185(f) 185(f) 175(f) 175

It took me a bit to get enough confidence to get under the weight in my jerk.

  8. JWhips, I was mostly acclimatized within 2 weeks, but some things can never be done at the same intensity at altitude. There are limits to your body's ability to process oxygen in a low-pressure environment.

First time doing the Push Jerk for weight. A few were more press than jerk, I'll continue to work on it.
