3 rounds of:
10 Overhead Squat (95/65)
15 Burpees
20 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

Some considerations - lower the weight on the OHS and practice your snatch. This is a much faster way to get the weight overhead and start squatting.

A good, quick, smoker after yesterday's pain. Thanks to the morning crew for the motivation! You definitely spurred me to finish quicker.

I'm looking forward to not programming anymore so that I can blame someone else for how bad a workout felt.

Back off of two weeks and leave and that hurt pretty bad. I dragged Rob Shaw there with me this morning to share in the pain.

  6. Sorry I am not there to do this workout. I am big fan of OHS.

Still working out at CrossFit RVA. Here is the WOD:
    10 Muscle Ups
    20 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
    30 Handstand Push-Ups
    40 Double Unders
    50 Burpees
    60 Box Jumps
    70 Squats

I am not looking forward to it. It's more up NM's alley.

  7. Due to what looks like a late day today in class, I just finished yesterday's workout. Good smoker.

Finished in just under 7 rounds (6 full rds, 20 mb cleans, 14 lunges, 20 kb swings, 10 lunges).

My plan is to do today's workout later this evening. I do love OHS.

This one was a forearm burner!!
The tip on Snatching the weight up to start the OHS was great. Huge time saver.

    This WOD felt great.
