As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of (check out the videos):
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats (use a medicine ball if necessary to keep your depth honest)
1 Minute Rest
Repeat for 5 total rounds (20 minutes total)

Great to see so many out this morning!!! 0530 is not the most appealing during the summer so thanks for making a fun group.

That was a smoker. I found that pushing through the PCs was the hardest part. Going to be out at CLDT tomorrow morning and hoping to catch the morning crew on Wednesday morning.

25 - 5 sets of 5. Took the first couple of rounds a little easy, so could probably knock out a few more sets, but that was definitely taxing enough.

Good, tough workout. Seems like the PUs shouldn't be that hard, but they were definitely the slowest for me. Will see you again tomorrow morning.

I didn't count any of the partial rounds. Great start to the week. Had my PSG join me today and it helped with the competitive push.
