10 x front squats (75# / 45#)
12 x sumo deadlift high pull (75#/ 45#)
15 x burpees

  1. I will be missing this one in the morning. The packers are coming a day earlier than expected and we're just not ready yet. I know, no excuse, but still, I need the time to get things ready. Believe me, I'd rather be there with you all. Good luck and enjoy.

  5. Completed as Rx'd

    4 complete rounds plus FS and SDLHP of round 5.

    This was my first complete week of B&G. I realized that i need to do the workouts at the same time everyday. I did yesterday's at night and today's this morning. Little tired. Next week will be better.
