    I made it through the first set as Rx'd and then used blue/blue combo for HSPUs and blue bands for the ring dips for the 15 and 9 rep sets.

    Much better than my last attempt at J.T. in September but I really wanted to do this one as rx'd.

    dips. No access to rings. had to prop feet on a squat rack for modified HSPUs
    -mile run after (prepping for Sun Trust half marathon on Saturday in D.C.)

    4 rounds (with 80lbs sandbag) of:
    10 power cleans
    10 overhead press
    50m sprint (carrying bag)
    10 pull-ups (strict, no weight)
    20 steps sandbag walking lunge
