    500m (wearing ACUs, no boots), 2min rest
    400m swimtrunks, 4 min rest
    300m ACUs, 3 min rest
    200m swimtrunks, 2 min rest
    100m swimtrunks, 2 min rest
    4 rounds in ACUs
    25m swim
    25 push-ups
    25 squats

    Total time of 1 hour 4 minutes
