    I stopped with about 3 mins left as I crashed and burned as I slipped off the bar. My back and head feel fine but my pride is still sore. Great group!

  7. After a day of sickness, and a morning arguing with the DMV, I was ready for a lunch time workout today.
    Made up yesterday's WOD, completing 6 rds + 30ft of lunges. Good smoker.

  9. I just want to give a big thank you to the CrossFit program here. My physical fitness has improved tremendously since I started CrossFit two years ago.

    It showed today in the IOCT: 2:29 (PR by 4 seconds)
