Vanilla Gorilla, after your effort today, you are (almost) back in the circle. Andy, you're on the mend, but...not so much (four more days...you can do it).
After a day of sickness, and a morning arguing with the DMV, I was ready for a lunch time workout today. Made up yesterday's WOD, completing 6 rds + 30ft of lunges. Good smoker.
I just want to give a big thank you to the CrossFit program here. My physical fitness has improved tremendously since I started CrossFit two years ago.
It showed today in the IOCT: 2:29 (PR by 4 seconds)
As if my hands weren't beat up enough already!
