  3. Did this with NM this morning and our counts differed by 1. Either way it's a PR.
    My count: 26++ +10 squats
    NM count: 25++ +10 squats

  4. Given that I'm a Rock Math grad, I'm sure I miscounted and JWhips is right...but I'll go with my lower count this time to make sure I'm honest...I finished 26 rounds just as the watch went off. Great push by JWhips.

    Be there on Monday morning...not trying to shame anyone (lies), but really...be there.

    25 burpees

    100m walking lunge
    100m burpee broad jump
    10 burpees

    The total number of reps and meters is 2010...Happy New Year!!

    I can't wait to get back to the AM crew. It's been something like 6 months.
