For time.

5 rounds of:

20 x Pull up
1 length of the mats forward walking lunge with 45lb/25lb plate overhead
1 length of the mats backward walking lunge with 45lb/25lb plate overhead

For the backward lunge you will step back into the lunge. The purpose of this is to exercise the your sense of balance as much as your legs. Things get harder when you can't see. Right of way is to those walking backwards, so those going forward make way as needed.

  6. 12:36...Hard to keep weight overhead the last couple of rounds. I also could have taken an extra step on the linges at times...This is why I need to hit up the morning workouts again...

    Didn't want to do snatches today as per IronMajor CF, so I hopped on with you.

    My time was 23:17...not sure what your distance was on the mat, but I did 25 meters (width of bb court plus 10 meters)...Lunges were horrible.

    Oh, thanks to all back there for wishing me a happy birthday. Eff you...suck it, Trebek.

    2nd round assited Pullups, 40 lb bag for lunges, 3rd assitted pu, 35lb lunges, 4th and 5th assisted pu, 25lb lunges. I ran 2 miles before the workout and it drained me. good wod
