175 max on front squat. I think I had 185 in me but time was running out. 11:47 on the wod on a pathetic pullup bar at the gym at sill. Is it really that hard to find a decent pull up bar?

I don't think it was the leg strength that stopped me on the front squats as much as it was the core strength required to get the weight back up.

Front squat--165 could have gone more but wanted to make sure there were clear racks for the WOD.
