    Worked on form a lot this AM. Need to improve the "engaged shoulders" portion of OHS. Starting to feel more comfortable, but is still a huge goat for me.

  4. I'm with CMCD, there was deffinitly no crossfit in Europe. Been rough getting back in shape; did the W/U + 2miles TUES (1355 ouch), 2 sets of 95 LDS dlift x 10, clean x 10, jerk x10 WED, and 8 reps down to 1 135 bpress, pull ups, 20 x squat. Working out at a reserve gym without a squat rack or any olympic lifting matts. Going to try to stop by Crossfit Central Maine sometime in the next week. Hope all is well at the Point, glad to see plenty of people still posting.
