  1. Is this one exercise straight though before moving onto the next one or can we combo them like in Murph? i.e. 100 pull-up then 100 push ups... or can we do 10 pull-ups 10 push-ups, etc....

  2. In Angie you need to complete the total reps for one exercise before you move to the next, ie. 100 pull-ups then move to 100 push-ups.

  4. 15:38(PR) by a bunch...huge difference today was I felt really strong on the pull ups and feet anchored situps. It's great to still have jumps like this.

  12. 18:10. My pull-up form really needs to improve but I did the others well enough that I don't feel too bad about it. I also did 40 of the sit-ups on the GHD for the added pain.

    20 of the situps were on the GHD like mike.

    yesterday:
    made up thursday, subbed 5 minutes of looking funny trying to do DU's for real DUs, 225 DL first set, then 205. about 18 min.
