    Felt strong on the push jerk and wanted to go for more but felt my form starting to go and didn't want to risk injury to an already sore back.

    Need to work form on the Push Jerk so not sure how legit the first two weights are...had a tendency to not lock out completely at the top and reverted to pushing it up instead. Went down to 135 to practice form.
