10 x 53lb Kettle bell swing

  2. Does anyone have any metal fabrication (welding and cutting) experience that would like to help put together the pull-up bar station for the new CF gym?

    Also, there are a couple other jobs that I could use some help on as well. Email me for details.

    The first batch of the new equipment ships next week. Get excited.

    the KB swings ate my lunch. Disappointed in my total after seeing everyone elses. Look forward to tomorrow's mission.

  16. Did a workout with my company:

    20 minutes of:
    5 x burpees
    10 x pushups
    15 x situps
    20 x squats
    1 x gym loop from the basement to the fourth floor

    Did 5 full rounds. Today was the closest I've been to puking in a long time.
