  1. 28:31. Did Jackie with a Cherry on top. Used 65# on the OHS. I started off with 85# but I soon realized that just wasn't going to work. What a smoker!

  4. Did Gwen this afternoon.

    15-12-9

    Clean and jerk. Use the same weight. Must do each set straight through. Touch and go only, no regrip. Completed it with 135lb. It was a lot harder than I expected. But it made me really want to do a Grace.
