20 x Pull ups
30 x Push ups
40 x Sit ups
50 x squats

Rest exactly 2 minutes between rounds.

    31:50...thought I was going to hurl on round four, I'm still seeing spots.

  2. Epic Failure, got half way thru the pull ups on round 3 and then lost it. Had to stop at 22:31 because I couldn't get my head to stop spinning. Should have dialed back after the first round...great workout, just wish I could have finished it.

  5. Forgot to time this one, but I think it's better that way. Started dry heaving around round three, but I managed to finish it. I don't think I'll do that again soon.

    I made it to the sit-ups on the 4th round before the bile began to rise and I was really shaky coming out of the gym.
