Saturday:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
135/95 lbs Front Squat – 5 reps
Dymanic Push Ups – 10 reps
Rest 5 minutes…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
135/95 lbs Back Squat – 5 reps
Pull Ups – 5 reps

  1. I won't be here because I'll still be doing the GORUCK, but look for us on post! A big group of people (about 60) carrying around a bunch of heavy stuff, getting PT'd and yelled at.

  2. Rested 27 Sept and did this on 28.

    1. 10 Minutes Handstand Work(longest hold so far)
    2. Weighted Pullups: 5x5x42.5+6
    3. Weighted Dips 5x5x67.5+8
    4. WOD - 4RDS+3 then 7 RDS+2

    (Limiting factor were pushups for first one and front squat for second.)

    Found the source of my low back fault in squats: tight hamstrings.
