100 burpees for time.

Then, Tabata sit-ups, Tabata push-ups.

  1. Decided to check out the box here at Tyndall. Ran from my sister's place on base to the box, about 2ish miles I think. Then did this:
    5 RFT
    5 Back Squat @205 lbs
    15 GHD situps
    20 Hand release pushups
    21:07, squats quickly became the limiting factor. Walked back to my sister's place.
