SWIM!  SWIM!  SWIM!

Unfortunately, the CrossFit / Functional Fitness room (north side of the 62 room) is still closed for painting, and I was told that it could possibly be closed for the rest of this week.  So, here's a good opportunity to swim.  Be prepared for Stairway to Heaven on Thursday!!

Warm-Up: Swim 150-200m of any stroke or combination of strokes

WOD: 5 sets of:
- Swim max distance in 3 minutes
- Rest 1 minute

Cool-Down:
Swim 150-200m of any stroke or combination of strokes

  1. Couldn't make it to the pool early this morning, so I did an oldie but goodie:

    Four rounds for time of:
    Run 400 meters
    50 Air Squats

    10:44

    AS - (58, 1:10, 1:13, 1:07)
    400M - (1:40, 1:32, 1:33, 1:32)

    Not quite a PR, but I'll take it considering I was running loops around Brad Long.

    Finished the WOD off with an active recovery of 125 Walking Lunges.

  2. Back from CLDT!

    It sucked, but I definitely was sucking less than my buddies after all the rucking and what not. The crossfit absolutely helped me out.

    First Wod back:
    OHS 6x3: 95/105/115/125/135/135
    Annie: 8:52 (w/ AbMat Situps)

    Rubbed the skin off my tailbone. Nice burning sensation in the shower afterwards. Thought I was getting attacked by bees.
