Overhead squat (95/65)
Pull-ups

    The transitions get old after a while. Great combo of movements. I like OHS better than thrusters.

  4. did the first few reps with 45lb bar, but my shoulder still gives me problems so I finished it out with a 12lb bar.

  5. Not as rxed due to a combo of
    1- Back squats and press yesterday
    2- My inexperience with overhead squats
    3- not remembering if it was an entire countdown or just even numbers
    4- Kilograms

    So I did 40kgs carefully (probably didn't go down entirely) at
    10-8-6-4-2-1

    OHS @ 45-lbs (best I can do in my garage right now...)
