I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  Now it's time to get back after it!  See you all bright and early in the '62 room for a strength day.  There is no time component to this WOD, please focus on proper form and use a spotter.  Warm up as needed on each event and then hit the rep scheme as follows:

Bench press - 7-7-7
Shoulder press - 5-5-5
Push press - 3-3-3

  1. it was good to see a few brave souls there this morning to battle the crowd at the '62 room. I appreciate everyone's flexibility as they found a spot to work.

    The push press almost feels like cheating after the shoulder press

  4. It's great when Sandhurst workouts match up with some of your goals (but not when you have to miss cross fit for it!).

    6 mile run this morning with rubber duckies. Somewhere less than 50 minutes.

  5. Traveling. Benched and pressed on the hotel machine, then did some dumbbell work at the end. Weights / notional numbers on the machine plates not even worth recording.
