Deadlift

Do 10 x GHD or inclined sit-ups after each set.

NOTE:  There is no time component to this WOD.  Concentrate on form and don't rush to failure (or back injury!)

  1. Stayed very light today (135) for all sets. Still recovering from my last deadlift faux pas. Focused on good form.

    Also got in some good technique practice on two big goats, rope climb and muscle-ups.

  6. I'm looking for a jump rope I left in the '62 Room last week. It is a Buddy Lee fast rope with. The lost & found didn't have it.

    I haven't seen your rope, but I will keep an eye out. Sucks to lose a Buddy Lee, I love mine (although the handle continues to come unthreaded!)
