    Wow, the Knees to Elbows really smoked me. By round 3 I was doing sets of 4 - 5 at a time.

    felt really smoked after this one, this was my first time with the wall climbs, good workout

    3 rounds + 300-350m (I made it about 3/4 of the way around to "Constitution Corner."

    The run destroyed me.
