Warm up in '62 room for a bit and then head to Hayes Gym for the WOD.

Sprint 50 meters
25 x double unders
1 x rope climb (15 feet)
Run 1/2 lap and back to start (200 meters)

    the combo of KTEs and rope climb really smoked me. All DUs were unbroken, but that still didn't allow me to keep pace with Matt.
