    Subbed pull-ups & dips for the MUs at 3:1 ratio

    The heavier weights sounded like a great idea, but trashed my grip and ended up making the pull-ups harder. I'd rather do MUs, if I had some rings and some clearance...

    Fun times had by all. I about knocked myself out twice with the 70 lbs. KB.

    As rx'd for weight, but subbed jumping muscle-ups for MUs, since I still haven't mastered the skill!

  5. Long time B&G follower, first time poster. Thanks for all the great workouts over the last couple of years.

    Subbed 5 pullups and 5 dips for MUs (should have done 3:1 ratio)

    Subbed 85lbs shoulder press for HSPU and did feet assisted muscle-up progression in place of MU. Shoulder took it well, but it definitely needs a rest.
