  1. Sorry gang, I will not make it in the morning. If you are there please post the WOD to the board!

  2. Small crew, big hearts. Good work B&Gers.

12:05 as RXd - First round, not so bad. Every rep after that, killer. Grip and shoulders, toast.

  4. Sorry I missed out, I had a sleep deprivation experiment last night (i.e. son has a ear ache and I got about 2 hours of sleep).

    I will make up soon.

  5. 11:50 as rx'd. Spent too much time looking at the kettle bell hoping it would swing itself. No such luck on that.

Kingsley (AKA: Little/Big Mikko), your IWCABTMD is amaaa-zing! Where were you last year??!! Can't wait to see you mixin' it up with Spieler and Khalipa at the next level. Great job this week. Looks like there were some other great efforts too...awesome. Still waiting on a few more studs out there...let's see whatcha got!

    Happy Easter...

  8. Neal - thanks for the shout out, but I am far from close to those guys. Those guys are superhuman. Except for the muscle-ups, the workouts thus far have been tailored more to my strengths.

    10:31 final answer.

  10. Improved Work Capacity Across Broad Time and Modal Domains...

Wow Neal! It took me about ten minutes to figure out what you were talking about!

Awesome job on WOD 11.5 by the way!

  11. Aloha,

I FINALLY found a WOD that played to my strengths: body weight, KBS, and LOW weight movement.

    As Rx'd: 9:34

Now I need to get good at things that weigh more.

You all are going to hand my butt to me when I get there this summer.

  12. Sorry, Jake...it was actually a very weak attempt at some sarcastic CrossFit humor (I'm such a CrossFit loser...) Hope things are goin well...pls give the B&G crew a shout out from IMCF! Lemme know if anyone's coming this way so we can take care of 'em. Later...
