  1. Bench: 185, 205, 215, 205, 205

    Front squat: 135, 135, 135, 135, 135

I really need to get better at the front squat. Not sure if it's my core, my flexibility, my back, or just my weak mind that limits me.

Thanks to JC for spots and motivation today.

  2. I did this yesterday afternoon (it was lifting day for climbing practice and they happened to be nearly the same thing):

    Back Squat: 85-90-90-95-100

    Bench Press: 45-55-65-75(fail)-65

  3. Aloha,

    Bench: 195, 205, 215(4,1), 210, 205
    Front Squat: 135, 155, 175, 195, 185

I started out too heavy on bench because I got my 3's mixed up with my 5's.

    Adam,
I feel your pain. We should be able to bench more than we can squat, even if it is front squat.

  4. B: 205,220,235,245,250

    FS: 185,200,210,215,220

Then, I did 1 rep with front squat every minute for the next several minutes adding 5 pounds each time. Finished at 260.
