    35 lbs on TGUs...went for quicker turns instead of weight for my first set of TGUs; did one rep @ 53 lbs to finish off.

    Did the first 8 TGUs with 53lbs and switched arms for each one. For the last two is used the 70lb kettlebell but did them both with my right arm.

  6. Needed to get the heart rate up after a weekend of eating and drinking crap. Pulled this from the main site from last week:

    -gym loop
    -15 pullups
    -50 squats
    -15 pullups

    Thrusters: 95, 115, 125, 135, 145

    Turkish Get Ups (5 sets of alt. arms. 1st set with kettlebell, the remainder with dumbbells): 70, 85, 95, 105, 110 (20lbs over 1/2 my body weight. PR)

    TGU: 25

    **did the top 5 thrusters at the same 1RM weight as my CF Total two weeks ago!

    **first time doing TGUs. Did 10 on one side, then 10 on the other. More weight next time.

    As a bonus, did two rounds of double unders and pushups afterwards. My shoulders are smoked!!
