The warm-up for this WOD is a jog down to Shea Stadium.
We will be meeting at Shea at 0530 to start the workout.

    Did the WOD on the Stony II track. My time might have been better if I had made it down to Shea and had the crew pushing me!

    The ankle wasn't feeling it today, especially with 2xrounds of run 400 meters backwards...I didn't have that push I wanted on my right ankle.

    No track near me, so I estimated the distances using my car's odometer. Probably not very accurate, but the concept was still there.

    I did this one at about 60-70% as I'm still nursing a hamstring pull. Good WOD though.

    I missed the morning group, sorry.
    The Shea stadium people were nice enough to leave the lights on for me so that I had some illum for my 2130 sprint WOD.
