    Double unders were better than last time and still need lots of work! Fast WOD but it wore my grip down pretty well!

    failed yesterday on set 5 at 295lbs. Scaled back to 275 for sets 6,7

    Two lessons learned. Chalk does not help when you're trying to grip the jump rope. And jump rope ability decreases rapidly as the grip strength goes. Nice, quick, WOD.
