    Thanks for all the coaching from the morning crew...that helped a ton. I need to engage hamstrings a little more from the start which should help keep my back straight.

  6. Looks like I missed a good PR day up there. I wanted to post my PR from down here. I have been following the RVA CrossFit programming while here.

    I just did Jackie (1000M Row, 50 Thrusters 45#, and 30 Pull-ups) at a PR of 6:35.
