    1 Thruster @ 135#
    2 Front Squat @ 135#
    3 Push-Jerk @ 135#
    4 Power Cleans @ 135#
    5 Box Jumps (~33 in onto my truck tailgate)

    Run ~400m

    9:45

    I am off to SFAS for the next 3-4 weeks. Wish me some luck, I'm gonna need it. See you all on the other side.
