    Did 13 L-pull-ups the first round and then used 13 for the remaining rounds but they were regular or kipping pull-ups.

    Could not make it up the rope without locking the feet so the L-sit rope climb did not happen.

    Good smoker on the upper body!

  4. 10:08 with regular rope climb. The L-pull ups on the last round were 21 singles. Tough WOD.

    sun burn + rope burn = painful legs
