  2. Following yesterday's 2 hour shoveling WOD, decided to make up friday's WOD in the 3rd Reg weight room (training for desert temps in the hottest room on post): 13:00 even.

    15 155lbs Squat Clean
    30 Ankles to Bar
    30 Box Jumps 24"
    15 Muscle-ups
    30 40lb (each arm) DB push-press
    30 Double Unders
    30 Pull-ups
    30 Burpees
    300 ft walking lunge with 45lbs plate overhead
