    Did L-pullups for the first set and a half. Then did pullups with knees up. I had to do a few kipping ones in the last set as well.

    Couldn't hold the L the entire time so I would straighten out after every rep and reset.

    Let's just say that L-pullups suck and at the end the L was more of a \ . Nice way to start the week.

    So what counts as an L-sit pull up? There was a lot of kipping with just throwing the legs up at the end.

    Terrible form on the pullups, but I tried to kip as little as possible. Used the blue band for round 2.

    Fun workout though.

    I pretty much sucked at L pull-ups, so the majority of my PUs were regular kipping pull-ups.

    L-pullups didn't last long. Moved to regular pullups and then band assisted at the end.
