    what a mess. The MWR, or should I say Globo Gym, was filled to capacity with people moving at a medium pace. Trying to negotiate through the sea of penguins was next to impossible.

    Modified KB swings with 50# dumbell; rope climb with 5 pull ups; track loop with .25 run at 1.5% grade.

    The KTEs broke me off this morning. My grip was so wasted after the KBS and KTE that I could barely hold onto the rope. It would have been nice for Andy to show up so I could have had someone to push me.
