    For time:
    Dig your car out of the snow so you can drive it into work.
    1 hour 55 minutes
    Good lower back workout!

  3. Did same alternate WOD as JWM.
    Sidewalk, entry way to house, and dig out car - 1 hour 10 minutes.
    Worked on good dead lift form!

  4. Followed in the footsteps of JWM adn Mark with embracing the purist concept of xfit. 2 hours and 30 minutes. Throw in the iPod and it didn't seem so bad.
