  1. Code red=no workout until later...Not sure when I'll squeeze it in but I really wanted to do this one so I'm sure I'll find the time. Lunch time anyone?

  3. Yeah they never close... but being bent over backwards with 175lbs was not worth it. May be out for awhile

  4. SP: 115,135,155F,150F
    PP: 135,155,165(PR),175F
    PJ: 135,155,165F,160F

Shoulders were smoked once i got to PJ. Did some ring work before to loosen up shoulders. Once i hit that sticking point, i made sure i didnt try to put my back into it to get the weight up.

  6. SP: 155, 165, 175(PR), 180(PR) (a little bit of a bounce on that last one)
PP: 175, 185, 195, 205 (PR) (could have gone heavier)
    PJ: 185, 205, 215(PR), 225(F), 220(F)

Shoulders are spent. PRs across the board though...

  7. SP:155, 170(f),170(f),165
    PP:175,190,200(f),195
    PJ:195(f),205,215(f),210(f)

A little frustrated that I did not PR on SP, I have been stuck on 165 since the end of the summer. This is annoying.

  10. SP 115, 125, 135(f), 130, 130
    PP 135, 145, 155, 165(f), 155
PJ 155, 165, 165, 165 (too wobbly to go higher...it seemed good enough to just make the catch each time)

Made up the WOD 3 rounds of 225DL + 50 DU's immediately afterwards, slugged out an 8:37.

I probably had half of MWR gym wondering if I was on crack or halving a siezure by the end of this thing... ouch.
