    did four muscle-ups starting from a slight flex of my arms. The rest were modified.

    Did the first set and half the second set of MU's before I had to do modified ones.

    Doing a full MU was too much for my shoulder. I had to do the 1st one from my knees and then I could string multiples after that. Of course the multiples kept getting smaller. I went from 6 the first round to 2 in the last round.

    Gregg, maybe I'll make a WOD where we run backwards. That way your wish can come true.

    lowered rings and used stand to do ring push ups.
