12 x Sumo dead lift high pull (75lb/45lb)
15 x Burpees

    This one sucked. Great work by everyone this morning. A lot of sweat was left on the floor of the '62 room today. Good stuff.

    Sweat trails all over the place. I felt like I had THS at the beginning.

  6. 7 rds +FS/SDLHP/10 burpees...5 burpees from 8 rds was really frustrating. Good WOD, and great seeing a few new officers in the gym after formation. The B&G nation is growing...

  7. modified the wod a little based on a little injury to a muscle in my hip i had yesterday while doing the high jump.

  9. Did yesterday's WOD this morning.... plan on taking on this one after class. Glad that the weight correction was made before I attempted the WOD.

  15. Did Tomorrow's WOD tonight because of equipment limitations. I accidentally did the HSPU and Pull-ups back to back then did the run last for each round.

    Used 24lb pack for pull-ups, run was ~500m.
