    There is a lot of stress on the main site about whether this is functional or not. I don't care either way. It was a nice change of pace to throw some bench press in there.
    finished with tabata treadmill-8rds, 20sec on, 10 sec off, 12% grade, 6.0 mph.

  3. Did the Front squat from main site on Christmas eve, and the DL main site WOD yesterday.

    Front Squat

    30 x 135

    Obviously, I should have gone heavier on the 10 and 20 reps

    Dead Lift

    1 x 315
    10 x 255
    1 x 325
    20 x 225
    1 x 335
    30 x 185

    Finally, my dead lift is back to where it should be. I think I had another 10 pounds plus in me on this one but didn't want to push it.
