CrossFit is not about winning or losing against someone else, but rather is about competing against yourself in order to increase your own work capacity. That being said, this was my one shot this week at beating DB and NM so I'm going to revel in my victory.
9.29-tuck jumps - Scaled to 155# for deadlift. DL is a big goat for me. In the process of re-strengthening my quad and low back again and using five fingers to do it. So far the KSOs feel great. (starting third week of xfit using kso's)
11:29 as Rx'd Struggled on keeping a rhythm with DU's, slowly but surely i will get it. I have noticed an amazing improvement in my deadlift form, I used to have a good amount of back discomfort after deadlifts, now that doesnt exist. I love it!

I now have a high speed jumprope, so I'll do DU next time.
