    Afterwards - max reps of Double Unders with DB and NM. New PR = 79. Beat that J Whips!

  5. 18:38 w/25 lb pull-ups...had to use bands on the last four HSPU reps of rounds 2 and 3. HSPUs killed me...gotta work those into my warm-up each day. DB, this week is yours...you'd better look out come Monday, though.

    Give it up for Mark R on the DUs this AM...79 is just sick.

  9. 12:10 with bands for hspu's and no weight on the pull-ups. wanted to keep up the intensity.

    Also included a movement called the salute for retreat of the colors on the first lap around the supe's house.
