I underestimated this one. Box jumps took it out of me and 30 minutes later my grip still hurts.

Got caught underestimating this one. You would think I've learned that lesson by now.

  8. 8:35. Didn't underestimate is like you Chad. I knew this one was going to suck going into it. Good group this morning and saw some really BIG improvements in technique.

CF Friday will be back up at Michie this week so get the word out now. We'll do a little something different but the pain will be the same. We gotta get our minds right now to beat Duke.

  10. 8:20. Definitely a challenge to the grip, and easy to underestimate.
Someone remind me, what are the dimensions of the rubber blocks? I stacked two for the 24" box jumps, but that doesn't seem nearly high enough.

  11. Mac--The block are 12 x 9 x 20? Not sure on the length. To get a 24" box you have to stack them obiously with the longer side up. It's not really stable with just two so we normally use 4 to get a stable box.

  18. Did 5 rounds...call it overachievement, or stupidity. Memorized it wrong. Either way, Chowdah X sweat = fried forearms!!!

About 16 - 17 minutes. Forgot watch. As you can tell, it was a sharp day mentally...
