  2. 115, 135, 155, 185, 195, 195(f), 195. Started to get ugly towards the end, and kind of lost trust in dropping under the bar under heavy weight. Still, a PR, so...

    I have a huge mental block on 195. I am limited by the front squat once I catch it. I can jerk 215 but can't get there because I am limited by my clean. This frustrated the hell out of me today.

    95-115-135-155-155-155-155 on today's WOD. Tried to focus on form once I got to the, relatively, heavier weight.

    Look forward to a great showing tomorrow AM as we remember September 11th.

    I ran out of time and had to stop at 6 sets. 180 was tough to get overhead so I don't know if I could have gotten 185. Next time.
