  1. Friday: APFT in the morning and Wednesdays workout in the afternoon. 14:04.

    This morning I did Thursdays workout:
    135, 145, 155, 165, 175 (fail jerk), 175 (fail jerk), 175 (fail jerk). Didn't have any problems doing the squat clean which is great

  2. I did a CF Games-like series of WODs today:

    0600 - USAFA PFT (doing this one alone was hard)all unbroken sets. Rest 1 minute between events.

    21 pull-ups
    8'3" long jump
    70 Push-ups
    56 sit-ups
    1:56 600m run

    1000 - Squadron PT session (more a warm-up than a workout)

    1200 - 6x400m sprint 3min rest periods

    1:07, 1:08, 1:11, 1:13, 1:11, 1:14



    1615 - "Full" Grace @ 135
    11:55

    1630 - Burnout seated rows @ 160
    15 pull-ups

    I'm tired.

  3. On Saturday after Thursday's workout I did more:

    10,9,8...of 115# power cleans, pullups and kettle bell swings. Time was 14:28.
