  1. I still have not been able to do double unders. Does anyone know of a jumprose exercise that can serve as an alternate to double unders?

  2. It is 3:1 for singles to doubles. So 600 singles for 200 double unders.

  5. 18:11 was my total time.
    6:00 first mile
    6:35 second mile
I measured my mile times from the front steps of Arvin. This means with transitions from outside to inside (walking) that my double unders had to be under 5 minutes. Big improvement today!!!

  6. 22:53 with 600 SUs
Then yesterday's WOD, lost my time on 50 PU/50 SU, somewhere in the 3s. Squat Clean, 175, 185, 195, took a reset break between reps on 195, should have just powered through...

  8. 23:20

200 DUs takes over 10 minutes when you can only string 2-3 together at a time. I need to work on those.

  10. Not a good day for me. Total time was 24:49. The double undrs did not do me well. I ran my first mile around 6:15 at most but I really slowed down after that. The longest string of double unders was no more than 10. I also had the heat as an oppnent as well. Here's to the weekend.
