  2. I did not feel comfortable doing the push-jerks on my own so I did the WOD from CF HardCore:

    FlipFlop

    25-20-15-20-25

    30# DB push-press
    Mule-Kicks
    50# DB swings

    I already miss the morning crew.

  3. i made up Tuesday's WOD:
    43" box jump

    4 rnds + 300m row (waist hgt was about 40")

    did some ring work afterwards (back lever and skin the cat). all the rings are back in the room.
