  6. dkeys,
For DU's, one of the big things that happens is people try so hard to move the rope quickly there hands and arms move up and down. Try and keep you hands and arms in the same position every jump. For example if you bring your hands in closer to your body on a jump the rope will then lengthen and the timing of your jump will be off. If you move your hands out wider this will shorten the rope and it will hit your feet. Hit me up sometime if you want to work on them with me.

  7. Got to 315 on the DL. It felt okay but I have a real mental block on this lift. In an effort to maintain form, I often psych myself out. Dropped back down to 275 and really worked on mechanics. This is a weight that I can do multiple reps of comfortably. I think I'm going to have to do this for a while to get right in the head and trick myself into more weight.

    Pull ups

    35, 45, 50, 50, 55.

    See you all tomorrow.

  9. Deadlift = Worked up to 345lbs, think I could have gone higher but my mechanics started to fail so I stayed there and did not risk it.

  17. Made it to 365 on DL. Might of been able to squeeze out 10 more pounds but my form was breaking down in the pull (but coming up) and I was struggling to get my hips locked out at the top. Down quite a bit from where I was last time at 1RM DL. Looking at training and lifestyle I think I would attribute this to sleep. Diet has been at about 70% of where it should be.
When I go a few days of keeping the diet in zone/paleo, I feel amazing.

Finished with a few sets of 45# on PU's. Felt like I was borderline on height so I did not want to go up anymore.
